1 . First Contact & Evaluation
After contacting Stone, our team will be in contact within 24hrs. We are always looking for the right fit for us and due to demand we can't accommodate everyone. Your project will be evaluated based on details before initiating step 2 in our process.
2. Site Visit & Meeting
Once determined to be a good fit, a scheduled visit to your property to discuss goals and budget. Design fees typically range 3-5% of total budget
3. Design Proposal
Our certified pool and landscape designers collect your dreams and wishes and put together a CAD design based on your specific needs.
4. Proposal, Contract & Deposit
Design is presented with STONE's final construction estimate. Upon deciding to proceed contracts are signed and a deposit cheque is secured.
